With the arrival of spring it's time to get the JGTSCA boathouse cleaned up and ready for the upcoming season. JGTSCA members Bill Rutherford, Brian Cooper, Dan Nelson, and John Hacunda spent a few hours on getting the boathouse tidied up. Our Holiday Party and Annual Meeting took place on Dec. 8th at 12:30 pm at the New London Custom House. We enjoyed fine food, good sea stories and an interesting program from our Speaker: Dawn Miller, Manager of the Seaport’s Boat Livery and John Gardner Boat Shop. This coming year is the 50th of the John Gardner Small Craft Workshop as well as the 20th of our Chapter, Dawn had some interesting plans on how we may best celebrate. |
